Blogging or Running?! I say both are pretty equal!! :) I can say though that I have ran since my last post of February!!!
How do you stick to a plan? I always make a goal, a plan and then try to stick to it as best as I can! I try not to get down or hard on myself when things do not happen as planned...life happens!
My current goals include a Faster 5k (when I say "faster" it's more like faster than a 9 minute mile!) :) Here's my current plan...thought it might be fun to share...make me more accountable perhaps?! Sara C. Faster 5k Plan
